Forgot the "=" between url and http, but It's fine. Anyways, updated thanks to Mystic. Furret's one lucky bastard when that girl grows up. Was debating with myself between that and the Smeargle one.

Oh, and I saw earlier that Custom mentioned "Wait, why Lucario" In brawl. To answer your question: Apparently the icon of the most recent gen, since after Pika/PT, It's all popularity. I'm not a huge Pokemon fan, so I wouldn't quite know who the specific icon of the 4th gen is.
