Actually Unbound Creative, Phuuz as it's now called, is the anime dubbers who brought over Shin-Chan to the US, and the Lupin the III episodes. Some of them, at least.

I never saw Shin Chan in the US.  I thought they only did it for Europe!  Where can I see it?

You could have seen it on Adult Swim, but that's for big peoples.
