Just put it in your will that you want him to have the password to yours.
But it can't be too obvious what the password is, so it has to be like, first character of the Password is first character in the Will. Then the second character of the password is the 276th letter of the will, and the 3rd can't be too obvious, so obviously put the 3rd character of the password as the 2nd character of the will. Etc.
