have you ever broken a gamecube controller

i was talking to this kid and he said all of his stopped working

i've never once had a problem with a gc in my life, and i wavedash and poop in smash
i don't understand how you break these

my original black one from 2001 has a malfunctioning analog stick

all my others are good though

A Pelican-brand wireless controller stopped working almost immediately after I got it; I haven't bought Pelican since then.

As for my Nintendo stuff, no, I've never broken a GCN controller.
