People at E3 said Marth was too slow in this game. Maybe Lucina is faster/classic Marth?

If you mean "I guess I'll fight another day" guy or whatever (I know nothing of Fire Emblem, so excuse my ignorance), I'm assuming he's an Assist Trophy, not a Final Smash.

Nah, definitely part of Robin's Final Smash, based on the video. Robin specifically calls out to him and the two of them circle around the target doing a ton of magic and sword combos.

Also, on today's update, Sakurai specifies that Lucina IS a Marth clone, but she has equal hits on her whole sword, as opposed to Marth who is famous for his sword's tip being a sweet spot. I've also heard she has Marth's old air game while new Marth is more grounded, which would line up with what people criticized about Marth at E3.

Lame. Guess I'll be playing Project M for a fun Marth. I don't like it when my mains are intercourse ed with too much. They intercourse ed up Falcon in Brawl and I still haven't forgiven them for that.

Her speed/strength/attacks are all about the same. Her difference seems to only be her sword.

Basically, if you're good with Marth there is no reason to use her.
