Adaptions

With everything getting the 'Hollywood' treatment and becoming a movie, why don't we reverse the roles. Since Halo Legends came out, I was wondering, what would be pretty cool to see become an anime. And I figured it out. NOTHING! Adaptions almost never work. Comic - games, rare. Games - movies, Doom answers this.

So with everything seemingly not working, can anyone think of something that might actually work as an anime if it was adapted?

and yeah, I can't think of any "western" that would be good as an anime. Though the trailer for that Ironman anime did look kinda cool. But I hated the way Wolverine looked in the trailer for the Wolverine anime.
