Hardest achievements

What are the hardest achievements you all have achieved?

For me, I would say getting 1000-1000 on Bioshock and Dead space were difficult, the actual achievements that were difficult were

Bioshock-Brass Balls: Beat the game on hard without using a vita-chamber. (Without dying)

Dead Space-Maxed out: Fully upgrade all weapons and equipment.

I don't know. I'm not a big achievement whore. I only get the ones that are fun or have a good challenge.
