all these noishe posts made me remember this game
what did you guys think of them? I thought they were alright beat em ups but nothing special like Double Dragon and poop
I remember the DS one being really really short and easy
that game i'd probably give like a 3/10
but the gamecube one was okay, just nothing special
did anybody else play these are they forever viewtifulboy's dirty secret or whatever
Games were just an all around bore with the unappealing style of graphics and just lousy gameplay.

Excuse? If I find a game boring, then clearly, I find it boring. Also, I never found the game even remotely challenging, if I did, then it more than likely wouldn't have been a bore.

even on adults mode
i know there are modes past that but the game isn't that good
it's just okay lol

It's the greatest game and anime series ever made. Viewtiful Joe: Double Trouble on the DS is my second-favorite DS game of all time..... The first is Jump Ultimate Stars.
I'm going to play through Viewtiful Joe 2 again soon, in conjunction with watching the inferior version of the second season of the anime.

I played this game once a while ago. It was okay, but I think Okami and God Hand should be the games Clover Studio is remembered by, especially the former.

in all seriousness viewtiful joe was a pretty okay game especially for the time
the gamecube really needed games like that.
but its not the best game ever or anywhere close. i beat it in 2003 and haven't touched it.
clover moved onto better things.

In all seriousness, though. This game and its sequel were pretty solid and enjoyable (except for the DS version since they kind of got rid of combo chains). I do really like the gameplay.
But sometimes, not making a few changes results in this...
