Where can I get this?

I have a level 100 Typhlosion and Ampharos and many other pokemon I really want in my Colleseum. I have a Saphire game pak. I want to bring them to it then migrate them to Pearl/Platinum. My friend has a GBA I can borrow I just don't know where to get a GBA-GC cable. Anyone know where I can get one without buying it online?

Local video game store, mabe the video game section in a Wal-Mart or Target or something?
