Why don't you just look at the code for other Wiki pages that have it?

Because:
1)We need one custom designed
2)Optional fields don't seem to be working.

nope lol.

The Tutorial just does basic stuff, which I know how to do and the Template FAQ doesn't help.

Thanks, hopefully those work. I'll give them to Zidone so he can do it. Apparently the infoboxes are templates, that use templates, that use templates. It's multiple templates that I need to copy. :'(
