Improvements that our server needs.

Sup, Daft suggested a lot of improvements the server needs and I thought of some as well.  Add our own too I guess.

So we need...
-Custom Maps on our map rotation
-The ability to nominate and vote for custom maps
-Less power abuse
-More custom maps
-Other "fun" add-ons
-Things that will keep pubbers in the server
-Less admin complaining about map changes

I know our server has gone through serious revamping multiple times already, but for everytime we upgraded it, we lost some other things.  Mainly the ability to vote and nominate custom maps.  That's something we seriously need

Most of the regulars don't mind the the stuff Vaatix does.  Sometimes it makes things more fun, but it scares pubbers away.

I just added some maps to votemap/nominate, not sure if it goes into the actual rotation though ;U

This, pretty much. Half the reason I don't play in the NSF server much.
