The faded text doesn't really contribute much of an effect. I think it works better as a high-contrast thing with the transparency full-up.

Definitely going to say the third one.  The first looks like a sig waiting for a screen name, the second with the green color doesn't stick out much.  The third has the contrast.  It's been said, but I'll add my "yes" to it.
