The Universe and Through the Wormhole are my personal favorites despite touching on similar subjects. I highly suggest watching them, even if you're not into physics. These kinds of shows are all I watch on television anymore.

I saw a good one about The Beatles a while ago on PBS. I've also seen one about Patti Smith. Then there are the countless ones I've seen in the IMAX theater at the Liberty Science Center.
