Saving pictures to an SD card with an LCD Counter display camera.

I just got a digital camera, but its aincent. What I want to know is, how do I save pictures on it? It does not show the pictures, it counts how many you have. It has the button's,

Mode, select and set. I know it works, my mother got 3 pictures saved. But she doesn't know how she did it. Help?
