To everyone who is saying Luigi -- Luigi will probably be unlockable IMO, like he was in the last game. Everyone knows he'll be in the game, but it's just fun to unlock.

To the original poster's question -- I think Ness will be the next one announced, then Capt. Falcon. I guess we'll find out soon... (hopefully)

I want it to be Sheik, but I know she's not getting updated for awhile. I honestly expect Falcon. I think Sakurai will save Ness for a while later because of the hype of whether he'll be replaced or not.
