It is a difficult decision. You are going to have to chose people based on:

-Trust
-Experience
-Reliability
-Power Control and
-An overall well known/liked member of the community

Be wary when choosing admins...

Well, that could be done as a MOD/the two admins are both graphic people, whether or not they're better then you ;0. We're still working on the MOD/Admin position, give it some time.
