Defense: 6

Stronger than Pikachu because it's hard to get, has volt tackle automatically, AND it's always female (and chicks kick ass, no?), but still weaker than it's original final evolution form (Raichu), it also cannot evolve into Pikachu.

Speaking of Pikachu and reading the info on the cards, shouldn't there be a Thunder Stone item card? Which would also basically make Raichu a Fusion Character Card.

Yeah, but I need to find a Thunder Stone sprite. I've been using just one site for my sprites, but I'm going to need to find an acceptable second one soon.
