It's not a store, but a company's name called Nippon Ichi Software America. The company at Japan called simply Nippon Ichi Software created the Disgaea series.
On a side note, each day new products that surround a particular game series of theirs is discounted, but the old ones are taken out to their original price. Until tomorrow, the products being discounted now are Artelier series games.
