It's a trippy thrillride of mindintercourse s and imagery. Its themes wouldn't hit as hard as they do without Kubrick's twisted direction and McDowell's awesome performance. Boring my ass. Granted it's a lot to absorb if you go in completely unfamiliar with the book

I was unfamiliar with the book. All I knew was it was based on a book. And I intercourse ing loved it.
