I must have pretty poopty luck

I've been sitting here for an hour trying to breed two pokemon that both have really good IV's in order to get an Adamant offspring with insane IV's.

Unfortunately, even though the mother has the Everstone and an Adamant Nature I've yet to get an offspring with Adamant Nature.

Did they mess with this trick in Platinum and not let anyone know? Never had this problem before.

I have. It never seems to work for me. I think they took it out of Platinum but didn't say they did. :/

Or, the game hates us.
